Quality Assurance

We conduct a two-tiered reinspection process. Managers are reinspected by directors for calibration, assuring “everyone is seeing things through the same set of glasses.”

The proper documentation and evaluation of a vehicle’s condition require more than a limited number of photos. We take a comprehensive approach to our photo standards, validating our client’s work product meets our Quality Assurance process. 

Video Estimate

We have video estimating capabilities for Auto claims. We narrate the entire video to clearly articulate the primary damage, unrelated damage, vehicle condition, and options. We also include a Basic Claim Form and still photos for quick reference. 

The video is segmented into approximately one-minute clips, each comprehensively illustrating all areas of the vehicle. Our video estimating product can also be used for commercial claims – RV, Heavy Equipment, and Trucks.

Customer Retention

We are committed to every customer to complete the inspection within 24 hours of the vehicle arriving at the inspection location, and produce a quality product with our experienced appraisers and our comprehensive QA/QC process.
